Originally from Jacksonville, John & Peggie purchased Jax Motorcycle Service from Don and Holly Learn who successfully ran the business for years.
John's love for motorcycles started in the seventies with a Puch moped. "The day I got that Moped; I took it apart!” Ran a 9/16" drill bit right through the carburetor. Chopped a quarter inch off the lower piston skirt and carved a T shape into the top of the piston. Went from a stock 25mph to 45mph in a few days.
John has been building motorcycles for years and was a crew chief on an IMSA race team that campaigned a Porsche 935, Honda CRX and Acura Legend.
